How long does shipping take?
Normal delivery time is 1–3 business days from when the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Stated delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as delays with the shipping company.
How much is shipping?
The shipping cost is based on the total weight of the shipment including packaging and is clearly displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed.
Can I track my order?
Tracking is only included for shipments sent with a trackable shipping option (parcels). Smaller shipments sent as letters are delivered without a tracking number.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If an item is faulty or damaged upon delivery, the customer must contact TheMinifigVault within a reasonable time, but no later than 7 days from receipt. Pictures and relevant information must be attached to the complaint.
